Do you wish you could move just a little bit easier?

Maybe you want to be able to keep looking after and playing with your Boorai for years to come?

Maybe you are having trouble mowing the lawn, cleaning the house, or those other things you need to do to stay independent and active?

GEGAC’s Staying Strong and Healthy program is about helping mob make small changes in their life that make them feel healthier, stronger and happier.

We plan to meet once a week for 12 weeks from September through to Christmas, doing light physical movement, checking out new recipes and cooking tips, and providing help with things like sleeping and relaxation techniques.

By the time Christmas comes around you’ll feel better about yourself, and you’ll be stronger and healthier.

If you’re interested about this free program call GEGAC’s Healthy Lifestyles Worker, Tamasin Rankin on 5150 0760, or use the form below to contact her.
