Welcome Baby to Country

GEGAC is now taking expressions of interest for the 2023 Welcome Baby to Country ceremony, which will take place during NAIDOC Week celebrations in the first week of July.

To register for babies born between 1 July 2022 and 30 June 2023, fill in the form below, or collect a paper form from the Bratowooloong (Dala Yooro) or Brayakoloong (Boorai) buildings next time you’re at GEGAC.

If you or a family member would like to participate in the burning onto your child’s possum skin, please complete yourself or a nominated family members' details above.
