As a client or patient of GEGAC, you have a right to:
High Quality Care: cultural, safe, effective, joined-up and person-centred care
Safety: in our buildings, online, and in any care setting
Respect: for everyone, all the time
Access: to the services you need, in a way that works for you
Participate: in the plans and care that effect you
Information: of the names of the professionals supporting you, the services that are being offered, the effectiveness of these services
Options: you can seek out different services and different workers, or you can seek out a Manager to help you with a concern
Interpreters: to help with communication
An advocate: to help with making decisions
Privacy: your private information will be treated confidentially
Provide Feedback: you can make a complaint, give a compliment, and help us improve our services
To your information: you can request your records

Participate: in the plans and care that effect you
Respect: staff and others, and treat them with courtesy, all the time
Not smoke: when at a GEGAC service
Not be intoxicated: when at a GEGAC service
Provide Feedback: it is importantyou provide us with good and bad feedback so we can improve our services
Follow staff instructions: in the event of an emergency
